Standard Shipping for Pre-Paid Orders

Inkcraft.biz ships via UPS Ground for standard orders to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.  Packages shipped via UPS should arrive within 3-6 business days. 

The United States Postal Service is used for P.O. Boxes, International orders, APO/FPO addresses, & for all other orders outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii). 

*Additional shipping charges may apply for International orders & orders outside the contiguous U.S. or overweight packages.

Shipping for Collect On Delivery (C.O.D.) Orders

Inkcraft ships COD orders ONLY to physical addresses within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground.  All COD orders must have a verbal phone confirmation before the order will be shipped.

*All COD orders must be paid by the customer to the UPS driver using a Postal Money Order or a Cashiers Check issued from a bank, payable to Inkcraft.biz.  Personal checks or cash are NOT accepted. 

Please Note: If a COD package is NOT collected by a customer, the customer will be responsible for a COD Return Fee & will result in a Hold being placed on the customer account.  To release an account from this Hold, the next order shipped must be paid with a credit card or a re-loadable/pre-paid credit card.

Sorry, faster shipping is NOT available for COD orders or APO/FPO addressess.

Some items such as Green Soap may NOT be available for faster shipping OR standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories.
